This one dress in particular I have only been able to fit it once until recently. The left is me in 2009. The right hand side is me 2 weeks ago. I can finally fit the dress again!!
The other day, my boyfriend noticed my work pants were baggy on me now and he joked about it. Recently, I bought a pair of size 4 jean shorts. When I first bought it, I was that size and it fit me perfectly, now, it’s loose! O.o I am losing inches now.
I must say, it is a good feeling. :)
My work out routine
People have seen my weight loss and ask what I do to get fit. They ask me what kind of exercises I do. I guess I can finally agree with my boyfriend to say that it’s not only the exercise you put into it that makes you fit, it’s the diet.
Okay, given that people that ask about my workouts and stuff are ladies of all sizes, from thin and slender to a bit more like I was before I lost weight, I can’t say my diet and exercise can help everyone. I lost weight taking ViSalus shakes. No, I do not starve at all. I eat more healthy choices. Yes, I do have days where I want to fall off and give up, but the result I see keep me going.
I go to the gym 2 days at least and about 5 days at most. You can’t even tell me you are busier than I am and that you can’t make it to the gym. I work two jobs and I barely have time but I do it so you definitely can.
At the gym, I do an hour at most. I don’t do an hour every time I go. I work out with my boyfriend on Thursdays and Saturdays. On these days I do pull ups and dips where low reps but higher weights. I do squats and dead lifts. I do planks on the balance ball and sit up on them too. If my ankle is okay enough I do 10 mins of cardio where I do 10-15 seconds hardcore and rest at 20-30 seconds normal speed and continue for 10 minutes. On other days I do roman chairs work out on my love handles because I use to have a muffin top and I really do not want those back!
